Being the first point of contact for clients whether by phone, email or face to face is very important and I want to give a good first impression and always with a friendly smile.
Personally – my family, friends, health and fitness are important to me. Also, making the time for leisure and relaxation and having an appreciation for both the big and the small moments in my life.
